The Central Park Conservancy Shop is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. All proceeds from your purchase directly support the maintenance and restoration of Central Park's 843 acres.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact before initiating the return process.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in the original shipping box, attach the provided return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
